XR technology using immersive mobile-first microlearning approach, offers another learning modality where learning is in bite-sized pieces which makes it easier to retain, information can be easily reinforced and the technology allows it to scale easily.  Mobile first micro-learning can be used to supplement traditional training programs as well as augmenting virtual and augmented reality training.
