Building Effective Teams Overview

Working together and on teams is the heart of every organization. Improving the quality of the teamwork that takes place on those teams helps everyone.

 

Our team at Culture Coach has an organizational development journey using micro-learning to can help you to build more effective teams and to improve your productivity.

The program covers twelve skill areas that teams can use to build more effective teams.  The tools in the program can be licensed individually or collectively to help you support your team’s development.

​

Each topic package includes three micro learning tools:

  • A video about the month's skill

  • An edugraphic poster with summarizes the monthly topic

  • A manager guide with additional background information and guidance

​

These materials can be used to augment a current professional development program, or they can be used to create a series of professional development topics that can help teams to deepen their skills and to improve their team effectiveness.
